The Lady Vanishes
The aim of this project was to create a paper trailer narrating the movie The Lady Vanishes by Alfred Hitchcock, from 1938. The goal was to describe and emphasize the features of the movie. The movie talks about the disappearance of a woman, so it was decided to print two emblematic dialogues on tracing paper, in order to recreate the sensation of something disappearing. To recall the aesthetics of the thirties, it was chosen a layout resembling the one in the opening and closing credits of the film, even the typeface, Kabel, was selected for this purpose.
